摘要

积极推动新能源参与电力市场，以市场化手段消纳新能源，是构建新型电力系统和实现“碳达峰·碳中和”目标的重要途径。为此，文中首先总结了中国新能源参与电力市场的实践情况以及电力现货市场试点地区的实践结果。进一步，梳理了新能源参与电力市场面临的关键问题。最后，从促进新能源消纳、保障合理收益、降低调节成本等角度，提出了推动中国新能源参与电力市场的相关建议。

Abstract

Actively promoting the participation of renewable energy in electricity markets and leveraging market-based mechanisms to accommodate renewable energy are crucial pathways for constructing a new power system and achieving the goal of carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality. Therefore

this paper first summarizes the practical experiences of China’s renewable energy market participation and the outcomes of pilot programs in regional electricity spot markets. Furthermore

the key issues facing the participation of renewable energy in electricity markets are sorted out. Finally

from the perspectives of enhancing renewable energy accommodation

ensuring reasonable revenue

and reducing regulation costs

this paper proposes recommendations to promote China’s renewable energy participation in electricity markets.
