A method of restoring electric power supply for isolated island with the auxiliary of electric vehicles is proposed considering cooling load impact. Firstly a discretization methodology is used to deal with any given dynamic cooling load models and discharge attenuation models of electric vehicles. Then
under the framework of linear programming of mixed integers
a planning method of restoring electric power supply for optimal isolated island is proposed
which aims to maximize the recovered energy of interrupted end-users in terms of discretized cooling load models and discharge models of electric vehicles. The proposed method is tested on the IEEE RBTS-BUS6 system
and the analyses are made on the impacts of cooling load on energy restoration of isolated island
and the assistant effect of electric vehicles on restoring electric power supply for isolated island. Moreover
the especial quantitative relationship is studied between the utilization rate of total discharging power of an electric vehicle parking lot and the rate of restored energy with respect to the total lost energy.
