The active power control makes the wind turbine generators(WTG)have the ability to suppress the wind power fluctuations and reduce the system reserve burden. This paper proposes a robust reserve scheduling model considered the WTG de-loading capability that can take the uncertainty of wind power and load into account. The de-loading control for WTG is introduced to quantify the reserve holding level of wind power and the robust constraints including the wind farm reserve limits
the spinning reserve capacity are formulated. Furthermore
the robust optimization model is transformed into a certainty mathematic programming problem based on the duality theory. Then a linear relaxation technology and the spatial branch-and-bound method are used to achieve the global optimum. Finally
the simulation results of a modified IEEE 39-bus system with wind power integrated verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
