as the pilots of the new round of electricity market reform
have shown an important development trend of employing distributed generation instead of traditional centralized power supply. This paper studies the optimal allocation method of distributed generators and energy storage systems for the power supply system in industrial park
and focuses on the effect of multi-energies complementarity
source-storage-load coordination and demand side response based on day-ahead time-of-use electricity price. In order to characterize the complementary nature of multiple energies
two index of the ratio of distributed generators deficiency energy and the ratio of distributed generators deficiency hours are proposed. An improved demand side response model is proposed to solve the problems such as imbalance of power shifting and overwork of demand side response when power demand elasticity matrix is used. Furthermore
an optimal allocation model for distributed generators and energy storage systems for the power supply system is established
and the minimum cost is regarded as the optimization objective. A combinational intelligent algorithm based on genetic algorithm and pattern search algorithm is used to solve the optimal allocation model. Finally
a case of typical industrial park power supply system is given to validate the proposed method.
