For different control objectives of coordinated operation of multiple microgrids and active distribution network
a three-level coordinated control architecture(including the distribution network level
microgrid level
and component level)is developed based on multi-agent system. The process of scheduling management is divided into two parts
i. e. the optimization scheduling of the distribution network agent and the microgrid agent. A new scheme of interconnection and interaction between the active distribution network and multiple microgrids is proposed
and a two-level optimization controller based on distributed sparse communication network is designed for the component-level agents
which can achieve the rapid recovery of the voltage and frequency in case of load fluctuations in the microgrid and the exact distribution of active tie-line power. In addition
in order to analyze the influence of communication delay on the coordinated control between multi-microgrid agents
the communication topology is optimized according to the basic graph theory. Finally
an active distribution network with three microgrids is taken as an example on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform
to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
