A price-based demand response(DR)model using the principle of consumer psychology is developed
in which the change laws of deviation range caused by customer response uncertainty is applied. From the perspective of multi-time scale decision and deviation of response capacity
an incentive-based DR mechanism including the fixed and elastic constraints is designed. According to the uncertainty of resources on the source and load sides
the conventional power generation

emergency peak-regulation resource and price-based and incentive-based DRs are optimally allocated in different time scales. Then a “day-ahead and intraday” decision model for source-load interaction is developed. The decision model could be solved by the uncertainty planning theory and the mixed integer programming method. It has been verified by the case study results that the effectiveness of the decision modeling is enhanced. Through decision optimization of different resources in different time-scales
the source-load interaction effect is strengthened.
