the conventional droop control may lead to the large frequency and voltage deviation
therefore a further control is required to eliminate errors in the upper level. However
most of hierarchical control frameworks require a centralized control center which limits the frequency regulation
voltage regulation and power sharing in the microgrid. A distributed hierarchical control(DHC)scheme is proposed based on the consensus algorithm to maintain the stability of the frequency and voltage
and also to share the active and reactive power accurately according to the particular demand. This control scheme applies a fully distributed control method and does not require the centralized microgrid control center
which is more suitable for the flexible microgrid. The simulation in MATLAB/Simulink is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
