Faced with problems such as insufficient accuracy

parameter setting effect and new regulation resource applicability in unit regulation performance assessment

four new unit performance indices including correlation index

delay index

miles index

precision index are proposed by analyzing the relationship between actual output and target output of the unit within a fixed period of time. Through these four indices

the unit adjusting performance and effect can be fully reflected. Using unit actual operation data

analysis and comparison are carried out between existing performance indices and new performance indices
