An important way to improve the accommodation rate of wind power is taking demand side resources as power system dispatch resources. However
the uncertainty of price-based demand response has a great impact on power system dispatch. To figure out the mechanism
the important factors influencing the uncertainty of price-based demand response are analyzed first
and a fuzzy load-price response model under the circumstance of time-of-use price is developed. Considering the uncertainty of price-based demand response
wind power output and load forecast
a fuzzy day-ahead source-load coordinated optimization model with wind power consumptive benefits taken into account is built. According to the fuzzy scheduling theory
some equivalent treatments are done to translate the fuzzy expectation constraints and fuzzy chance constraints into their certainty forms. The influence of price-based demand response uncertainty on day-ahead optimization dispatching in the power system is analyzed via the simulation results.
