heating and power contributes to improving the utilization rate of energy. Also
it helps to mitigate the contradiction of power supply
promotes the integration of renewable energy and leveling peak load to a large extent. An optimal load leveling dispatch model of CCHP incorporating photovoltaic and storage is established. It aims at minimizing operation cost and peak-valley load difference. An economy coefficient is introduced to convert the multi-objective model to single-objective model. In view of the uncertainty regarding the prediction of load level and photovoltaic output
probability constraints are adopted to deal with the energy balance equation. Finally
it is tested on a CCHP system situated at Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city to verify the validness and applicability. Optimal dispatch strategies in a summer day and in a winter day are given
respectively. Moreover
the impact of economy coefficient and confidential level on the objective is analyzed.
