Active distribution network(ADN)is an effective technical solution to realize efficient utilization of intermittent green energy and optimized operation of network. Static security analysis is the important work in the dispatching process to improve the operational security of system. Considering distributed generators
energy storage systems and shiftable loads
the static security analysis method of N-1 branch fault in ADN is proposed
which is based on the time sequence characteristics of ADN. Firstly
the time sequence models of elements and security indices applicable to static security analysis of ADN are established. Then
based on two aspects of time sequence
i. e. the fault occurrence period and network operational status during fault time
the ADN static security analysis method is proposed. This method takes island power balance and network power flow constraints as criteria to get the value of load shedding considering the ADN's capabilities of island operation and active management. The security of different periods
different branches and system is evaluated quantitatively to find the weak link of system. Finally
by basic analysis results and multi-scenario comparison
the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed security indices and static analysis method are verified. This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China(No. 51407113)and Shanghai Engineering Research Center of Green Energy Grid-connected Technology(No. 13DZ2251900).
