generic model for renewable energy generation has been attached more and more attention in renewable energy grid-connected analysis
and along with persistent optimization and improvement
its adaptability and generality will obtain ever-promotion. The generic model constitutes the research foundation for renewable energy generation models. The classification of wind power generators is provided firstly
and then the more applicable second generation generic models
are reviewed
which is grid-connected and includes power electronic devices
and the structures
parameters and validation of the model are emphasized
and its problems to be improved are pointed out. The theoretical analysis is provided to facilitate understanding the improvement
and the subsequent research points are envisioned for the model precision and application scope. This work is supported by National Key Technologies R&D Program(No. 2013BAA02B01).
