Load restoration in the early stage of network reconfiguration plays a role in maintaining power balance and stable operation of the power system. According to the operation characteristics of units and the pickup pattern of load
a corresponding model for load recovery is established. Moreover
a method for load pickup considering system stability is presented. The voltage deviation of the restored nodes
the leading phase operation situations of units and power flow entropy are defined as the objective functions. In order to obtain the optimal scheme
power flow regulation based on the load pickup patterns is carried out
and the amount of load pickup is determined. An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to search for the optimal scheme or feasible schemes. The Pareto optimal solution set acquired by solving the load recovery optimization model provides candidate schemes. The M-TOPSIS multiple attributes decision-making method based on fuzzy anti-entropy weight is applied to identify the satisfactory solution. In the end
effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by the optimization results on the New England 10-unit 39-bus power system and the southern Hebei power system.
