In order to ensure the interoperability of the power application system based on the common information model(CIM)which supports the embedding for process control unified architecture(OPC UA)standard

the standard conformance test is needed. This paper studies the standard conformance test scheme for OPC UA. Based on the definition of profiles in the OPC UA part 7

a standard conformance test method combined with data access to CIM and the actual power application system is proposed. General and special test cases are established and an automatic test framework is created for their configuration and running. The effectiveness of the test is verified by performing a standard conformance test on an actual OPC UA server.
