In order to effectively control the charging load of electric vehicle clusters
a control strategy for EV cluster response based on the parameterserialization technique (called the energy state priority list (ESPL)) is proposed. First
in analogy with the temperature priority list method of the thermodynamic controllable load like the heat pump
the EV charging model is determined. Then
the EV energy status value analogous to the heat pump temperature is defined. And
by taking the EV charging state analogous to the heat pump switch state as an object for control
an ESPL method for controlling the EV cluster is proposed which
in coordination with the EV prediction model
exercises effective control of the EV cluster. By creating the objective power of EVs
the effectiveness of the cluster response control strategy is verified. This work is supported by National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program) (No. 2015AA050403)
