In order to ensure the completeness of substation secondary system functions and facilitate equipment maintenance
dynamic reconfiguration technology of intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) is gradually gaining concern. IED dynamic reconfiguration needs to load and parse the configured IED description (CID) document since the CID document kept in the control host is related to the system structure during substation design
and is unable to characterize the dynamic change of the power system. It is necessary to regenerate the interlocking logic and update the corresponding CID document for ensuring correctness of the interlocking logic. A multi-agent system is built to manage functional components such as the dynamic reconfiguration control host
the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) host
the power system substation topology verification and the generation of five anti-locking rules library software and so on. The multi-agent system is able to complete the interactive strategy and coordinated flow of power system topology verification task and interlocking logic generation task
calculate interlocking rules to update the CID document and guarantee the correctness of the interlocking function of the dynamically configured IED. This method will adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the substation and provide more flexible management of interlocking rules.
