In view of the disadvantages of PSD-BPA software in text interaction between provincial and regional dispatching
such as large amount of data transmission
lack of checking mechanism
difficulty in authority management
complexity in parameter conversion
this paper proposes a management strategy for the integrated provincial and regional equipment parameters of power systems. According to an analysis of data which will be stored in a database
a complete parameter checking mechanism based on the flyweight pattern
pre-defined and self-defined formulas
typical parameters
and actual measured parameters is developed. Furthermore
depending on detailed recorded logs
strictly controlled verification and approval process
conversion between various types of parameters throughout modeling
and assigning management authority according to dispatching institutions
a unified management platform is developed for achieving refined and intelligent management of integrated provincial and regional equipment parameters.Actual application in Yunnan power grid and its 17 regional dispatching departments shows that the proposed method and platform are practical while able to greatly improve work efficiency.
