the load and photovoltaic (PV) output cannot be accurately estimated because of insufficient measurements and highly frequent PV fluctuation. Therefore
voltage optimization control strategies with no consideration given to these errors cannot guarantee the security of the system. A deterministic voltage control (DVC) model is proposed first based on a three-phase model for radially operating networks. In accordance with the DVC model
a multiple scenario robust voltage control (RDV) model is developed further
which considers the estimation errors of load and PV generation. To reduce computation workload
the simultaneous backward substitution method is used to cut the scenarios with guaranteed precision. Numerical tests on a revised IEEE 33-bus distribution system show that the proposed method is robust and efficient. This work is supported by National Key Technologies R&D Program (No. 2013BAA01B01).
