To solve the planning and designing problem of a stand-alone microgrid
a stochastic optimal planning software is programmed based on random chance constrained programming method. The economic benefit of the system is analyzed by capital cash flow statement and the loss of load capacity is given as probabilistic constraint condition in the software. The software can take all kinds of uncertain factors into consideration and achieve the optimization of both capacity and types of distributed generation units. Based on the overall design
the models
principles
methods and application interfaces of the software are introduced in detail. The comparison between the designed software and similar foreign software is made and its better characteristics in theoretical method and software function are demonstrated. Finally
the optimal allocation of distributed generation units and battery for a stand-alone island microgrid is carried out by the software and the result verifies the accuracy of the method and the validity of the software.
