The turbo?generator of complex main wiring structure accessed to the power grid through reliable multiple switches is a new big problem of automatic control system.After analyzing different methods of voltage frequency and phase difference control，a control method based on active frequency tracking is presented.Through the corresponding mathematical model of the control system，the governor system transfer function with this control method is analyzed，and the important control parameters are summed up.And the active frequency tracking is taken as the basis for realization to give out the automatic process control sequence.The correctness and effectiveness of the designed method are inspected in the process of the on?site test，as is the importance of parameter selection for function realization.
