Aimed at the impact of the islanding effect on field safety work by power maintenance personnel with distributed photovoltaic generation connected to the distribution network
this paper presents a low voltage anti-islanding device used in 220V/380V distribution network. The principle of this device is based on the photovoltaic technology islanding mechanism and anti-islanding protection strategy
with the anti-islanding function archived by breaking the operation requirement of the islanding scenario. The design principles of three types (resistive
inductive
capacitive) of low voltage anti-islanding devices are studied
and technical data of serialized low voltage anti-islanding devices are calculated with practical engineering experience used for reference. Through the test result
the device principle has been verified and analyzed. By comparing the test results and load characteristics of different types of devices
the conclusion that resistive low voltage anti-islanding device will be a better choice is drawn.
