Given the great similarity of the probabilistic sequence for different limited wind power outputs，some advanced applications of sequence operation theory are proposed.A new sequence operation named separation operation is established and its operation rules are presented.Furthermore，the concept of probability change sequence is derived from the separation operation and its physical meaning is analyzed.The method of using probability change sequence is shown in detail，with the application of wind power output analysis as an example.The simulation results show that the probability change sequence can make full use of the characteristics of similar sequence，and improve the calculating speed greatly.The method is generic and can be used in other optimization problems with similar sequence.
