The application of hydraulic transmission in wave power converter(WEC)to improve the efficiency and stability of energy conversion is a hot topic in the development of wave power generation technologies. The structure and the working principle of an independent inverse-pendulum wave power generation system based on hydraulic transmission are introduced. The principles of using accumulators,load-control and displacement control to improve the capture efficiency and the output stability of energy are also analyzed.A simulation model of the whole system is built in the co-simulation environment.Furthermore,a semi-physical test is done. The results validated the theoretical analysis and provided basis for further improvement of the system.
