In view of the problems existing in grounding line management and the status quo of frequent occurrence of faults with the traditional manual reporting methods， such as temporary grounding line erroneous connection， erroneous removal， failure to connect， and failure to remove， an integrated temporary grounding line management system is presented， which is composed of the five-precaution host machine， the temporary grounding management machine， and the temporary grounding locking device. Through five-precaution host machine communication with the management of the temporary grounding line， the grounding line can be unlocked and locked， the operating records can be saved appropriately， and the grounding state can be visually displayed. The grounding line management host machine itself can authorize IC cards with different authorities to manage the corresponding IC card users to realize scientific and effective management of the temporary grounding line.
