During its operation the energy management system(EMS) often faces irregular abnormal phenomena. It is very difficult for traditional tracking technology to find out why and when abnormalities have occurred or whether they have occurred or not. A dynamic tracking technology proposed is believed to be capable of accurately locating the abnormality in time without affecting the EMS efficiency while furnishing a basis for the EMS to eliminate abnormalities on its own.
