In the emergency circumstances, a serious contradiction between human-computer interaction(HCI) and actual ability of EMS exists, which affects the work performance of the operators. For improving the HCI abilities of EMS in the emergency circumstances, several aspects are considered and studied. The negative impact by psychological stress is analyzed, and several methods for improving them are proposed. The idea which improving the input reliability with the input redundancy technology is presented. Subsequently, integration between artificial intelligence and adaptive human-computer interface is suggested. Adoption of computer supported cooperative work to strengthen the collaboration of operators is proposed. The above methods can improve the EMS human-computer interaction ability to some extent in emergency circumstances.
