The design scheme of a grid-connected system is described for the lithium battery power recovery. The harmonic current suppression capability of the proposed system is analyzed in detail. Based on the derived system harmonic impedance, a method to optimize the harmonic suppression by adjusting the control scheme is discussed, as well as the limitation of regular controller. Simulation and experimental results with a 3.7 kVA prototype machine validate the proposed method.
