摘要

电动机参与快速频率响应(FFR)是提高独立微电网频率稳定性的重要措施之一。然而，现有电机调频方法在面对频率扰动时，其功率输出往往在初期达到理论最大值后逐渐下降，限制了对系统频率恢复的支持能力。此外，电机转速恢复与系统频率之间的协调至关重要。若电机转速恢复过快，可能会加剧功率波动，增加一次调频的负担，甚至引发频率二次跌落。相反，若电机转速恢复过慢，则会影响电机在FFR中的作用效果。因此，在设计控制策略时，必须充分考虑系统频率与电机转速之间的协调，以确保FFR的高效执行。为此，提出基于模型预测控制(MPC)的电动机FFR控制方法。分析了FFR控制的要求，据此采用一种可以使电机快速准确跟踪FFR功率指令的方法，提出系统频率与电机转速恢复相协调的控制策略，设计了能够快速求解最优控制指令的MPC控制器，实现电机整个FFR过程的优化控制。最后，基于独立微电网实时仿真模型开展仿真实验，结果表明所提方法可改善电机FFR作用效果，提高微电网频率稳定性。

Abstract

Motor participating in fast frequency response (FFR) is a critical measure to enhance frequency stability in independent microgrids. However

conventional motor frequency regulation methods often exhibit a gradual decline in power output after initially reaching the theoretical maximum during frequency disturbances

limiting the supporting capability for system frequency recovery. Additionally

the coordination between motor speed recovery and system frequency is paramount. If the motor speed recovery is too rapid

it may exacerbate power fluctuations

increase the burden on primary frequency regulation

and even trigger secondary frequency drops. Conversely

overly slow speed recovery compromises the effects of motor involvement in FFR. Therefore

the coordination between system frequency and motor speed must be considered when designing the control strategy to ensure the efficient FFR execution. To address this

a model predictive control (MPC)-based FFR control method for motors is proposed. The requirements for FFR control are analyzed

and a method enabling motors to track FFR power commands rapidly and accurately is adopted. A coordination control strategy between system frequency and motor speed recovery is developed

and an MPC controller which can solve optimal control commands is designed to achieve the optimal control throughout the whole FFR process for the motor. Finally

simulation experiments based on a real-time independent microgrid model demonstrate that the proposed method improves motor FFR performance and enhances microgrid frequency stability.
