The concept of energy hub(EH)has been widely applied in the mathematical modeling and optimization of integrated energy systems(IES)with natural gas
electricity and other energy flows. When the decision-maker of a multi-regional IES turns to be multiple interconnected and autonomous EHs
the interaction between multiple decision-makers will be more frequent and complex
which is difficult to centrally optimize the whole IES. To avoid the problems of excessive data requirement
complex models and mismatch of actual operation management mode for centralized optimization method
a coupling mechanism of electricity-gas power flow is established
which takes EH as a basic decision-maker based on the characteristics of multi-agent distribution autonomy decision for multi-regional IES. A dispatching model of multi-agent collaborative optimization is put forward
which is compatible with distributed granularity of EH
and a distributed solution process is given based on alternating direction method of multipliers. The results of the example test aiming at electricity-gas IES with two EHs verify the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method.
