In order to optimize the interaction of integrated energy system involved multiple participants
this paper proposes a Stackelberg leader-follower game model combining the economical operation with ancillary services(peak-shaving response). Firstly
the users' load model
users' benefit model and operator's revenue and cost model are established for the integrated energy system in the industrial park. Then
an optimized operation model for interaction based on Stackelberg leader-follower game is proposed. On the one hand
users which act as followers in the model respond to the operator by adjusting translatable load
curtailable load
and the load that can be transferred into heat. On the other hand
the operator which acts as a leader responds to users' behavior and adjusts the peak-shaving compensation price. Both of them aim to maximize their own interests until they reach a game equilibrium. The existence of the equilibrium is proved and the two-level distributed algorithm is designed to solve the model. Finally
through the analysis of an actual industrial park in Southern China
the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
