Along with the new round of electricity market reform

the supply of electricity has been gradually transformed from traditional planning mode to market trading mode. Faced with complex market variations

the technical support system of electricity trading has made some new requirements regarded as the joint operation of “spot + medium and long term” market

the Internet-oriented high concurrent access

the standardized market model

the external system information exchange and the transaction security guarantee. In addition

a four-major-application business architecture is proposed

which is adapted to the characteristics of China's electricity market

with a two-tier-coordination platform architecture based on “hybrid cloud”. Finally

the key technical problems that need to be solved in system expansion are discussed.
