Based on the pricing method of transmission and distribution price at the provincial power grid

and the degrees of influences of the electric quantity and the main parameters on the level of the transmission and distribution price are analyzed. According to the concrete calculation of parameter regulation under the policy target of price

the regulation strategy is discussed. As the influence of the parameters on the level of the transmission and distribution price are significantly different under the price cap regulation

the authorities of price department need to choose different parameters or multiple parameter combinations to formulate the corresponding regulatory scheme to achieve the regulatory objectives.
