the anti-peak-shaving characteristic of wind power has become more intense. By reason of sufficient wind power during light load period
conventional power sources are not able to reduce adequate output capacity to meet peak-shaving requirement and improve wind power congestion situation. To fully utilize the congested wind power caused by peak-load regulation deficiency
a supply chain game based strategy for high-energy load enterprises is proposed. A model of quantifying the congested wind power is introduced first. To consume the congested wind power
a supply chain is constructed
including wind farms
transmission networks and high-energy load enterprises. Furthermore
the decision model for each participant is proposed by taking into account their benefit and corresponding technical constraints in forming revenue functions. To model both competitive and cooperative modes
different supply chain games are proposed based on non-cooperative and cooperative game theories. Models for solving these games are provided subsequently based on which
a hybrid decision model is presented to high-energy load enterprises. The model is not only able to consume congested wind power
but also to maximize the revenues of supply chain participants. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy is demonstrated by simulation results.
