this paper presents a novel method based on rule method and hybrid method. Firstly
simple remote signal errors are identified by defining rules. For the remote signal errors that resist being identified through rules
a synthetic method based on the power flow transfer approach and innovation graph approach is proposed. The characteristics of the synthetic method lie in using previous state estimation results as the baseline to bypass the difficulty in baseline selection for the power flow transfer approach. With the modified pre-estimated ratio as criterion for topology error
the misidentification of topology error results from error identification criteria in the flow transfer approach is avoided. The effects on flow transfer of power injections are introduced from flow transfer approach to solve the sudden load change problem in the innovation graph approach. Test examples show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
