摘要

目前110 kV及以上电压等级智能变电站的二次系统故障诊断主要依靠测试仪进行离线分析，难以达到实际运行系统中进行在线检测的效果。提出一种新型智能终端，可以根据Comtrade格式的录波自动触发进行多间隔IEC 61850通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)及采样值(SV)的同步输出，使运维人员能在实际运行系统中进行在线故障分析。阐述了新型智能终端的硬件结构，IEC 61850和Comtrade格式的配置映射以及SV和GOOSE的同步输出功能的设计。

Abstract

For current 110 kV voltage level system or above

the secondary fault and fault analysis mainly relies on the tester for off-line analysis system. The results of this analysis are difficult to achieve the same on-line test effect as the operation of the system. A novel processing equipment is proposed

which can transfer Comtrade file to IEC 61850 and send generic object oriented substation event(GOOSE)and sampling value(SV)message based on transfer results

so that the operator and maintainer are enabled to make on-line fault analysis on site. The device hardware

mapping between IEC 61850 and Comtrade

synchronous output function design of SV and GOOSE are described.
