a comprehensive evaluation index system for communication networking modes of electric vehicle (EV) charging piles management system (CPMS) is developed
and a planning demands considered comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. In this method
the uncertainty and fuzziness of subjective evaluation information is reflected by the cloud model. The quantitative characterization of qualitative indexes is then accomplished based on multiple sets of evaluation opinions by the rule of maximum cloud similarity. On this basis
planning demand factors of charging piles and charging station are introduced to evaluation indexes
and then the aptness of candidate communication networking modes is assessed using the grey comprehensive evaluation method considering planning demands. With the charging piles in a new district as an example
the advantages in rationality
accuracy and high sensitivity level of the proposed method are verified by simulation results
providing an objective approach to decision-making in the CPMS network scheme. This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 51207140
