110 kV neutral resistance grounding system is able to eliminate voltage sag on the load side due to the single-phase grounding fault. At the same time
however
the voltage of the neutral point and non-fault phase voltage to ground will be elevated. So part of the 110 kV electrical equipment used in the original neutral direct grounding system cannot be used directly in the 110 kV neutral resistance grounding system. The adaptability of electrical equipment for the 110 kV neutral resistance grounding system is studied through theoretical analysis and simulation. Suggestions are made for selection of 110 kV electrical equipments. And a field experiment on the 110 kV neutral resistance grounding system is performed to prove the feasibility and excellence of 110 kV neutral resistance grounding system.
