Jiangxi Power Dispatch Center has realized province-prefecture-county integrated relay protection setting calculation on the operation management system (OMS). Integrated setting calculation database is established

multiple systems sharing’ is realized. Data merging between province

prefecture and county dispatch centers is completed

and ‘county operator compute

prefectural operator check’ is achieved. Setting calculation management process is improved

and closed-loop management in dispatch center as well as between dispatch center and operating department is realized. The contents presented have been successfully applied in an all-round way in Jiangxi power grid

and the whole process management level of province-prefecture-county setting calculation is enhanced.
