In order to solve the problem of security of data transmission in the electric power dispatching system，the characteristic of high efficiency of the elliptic curve cryptosystem（ECC）calculation is made use of，and a certificateless signature scheme based on ECC without pairing is put forward.Based on the security of the discrete logarithm problem，the private key pair and public key pair are co-produced by the dispatching center and dispatching users to avoid the drawbacks of complex certificate management in the electric power dispatching system.Based on the realization of the idea without pairing， the ECC calculating method is used to improve the efficiency of the implementation of the security dispatch.The scheme is not only characterized by integrity，anti-denying，anti-forgery，verification of signature and dispatching identity，but also can meet the requirement on real-time transmission for the electric power dispatching system.
