The organization and distribution of information in secondary system of intelligent substation is so complex that it is almost impossible to use traditional test approach to identify the drawbacks.A novel panoramic test method based on wireless time synchronization technology is presented and the corresponding system is developed.The proposed system performs debugging test of intelligent substation secondary system under steady-state and transient state based on numerical simulation of power network，distributed injection of synchronized signals，wireless time synchronization and data transmission，etc.Total design of the test system and implement scheme of wireless synchronization technology is described.And accuracy of synchronization has been verified.The developed system has been applied to the test of many intelligent substations under construction.It shows that the proposed approach improves the integrity and the efficiency of the test，achieving better test results.
