Information integration for the distribution network management system is able to provide a unified and complete view of information and help the event decision-making. By analyzing the message characteristic of IEC 61968 standard， in view of the information integration needs in construction of distribution network management system， a kind of message format suitable for the loosely coupled heterogeneous system with application services integrating and information sharing is given. The proposed message format is verified on information integration of the distribution network operation and maintenance system. The results show that it can effectively solve the information transmission among heterogeneous systems.
