摘要

对IEC61850技术的最新进展和应用进行了分析，包括IEC61850标准的架构、IEC61850Ed2.0的技术特点，并按照不同的应用领域，对发电、输变电、配用电、调度、信息安全等领域应用IEC61850所涉及的标准和技术报告进行了介绍。对已经完成的报告进行了分析，包括IEC61850-90-1，IEC61850-90-2，IEC61850-90-3，IEC61850-90-4，IEC61850-90-5和IEC61850-90-7，给出了每份技术报告的应用领域和技术特点。同时概述了未完成的技术报告。有助于使用者全面了解IEC61850的新动向并正确使用IEC61850系列技术报告。

Abstract

The new development and new application of IEC61850are analyzed.First，the profile of IEC61850is analyzed.Then the technical features of IEC61850Ed2.0are studied.Finally，the applications of IEC61850in different domains are treated including generation，transmission，transformation，distribution，dispatching and information security.For each domain，the standards and technical reports are given.IEC61850-90-1，IEC61850-90-2，IEC61850-90-3，IEC61850-90-4，IEC61850-90-5and IEC61850-90-7are analyzed.The application domain and technical features of each technical report are given with an overview of the unreleased technical report provided.This paper is helpful for the users to have an all-round understanding of the new development of IEC61850and correctly apply the IEC61850technical reports.
