摘要

针对智能电网调度计划一体化协调运作模式下调度计划数据缺乏有效的甄别和校验机制的现状，提出了调度计划数据的校验规则库，并基于该校验规则库，在智能电网调度技术支持系统一体化支撑平台上设计开发了数据校验应用。介绍了校验规则库的规则组成、系统的总体结构和功能模块的实现。该数据校验应用已成功应用于智能电网调度技术支持系统华东试点工程。

Abstract

In view of the lack of effective data discrimination and validation mechanism in the coordination operation mode of smart grid power scheduling， a data validation rule library for power scheduling is put forward. Moreover， based on this rule library， the data validation system is developed on the unified support platform of the smart grid dispatching support system（SGDSS）. The composition of the rule library， the system architecture and the realization of functional modules are elaborated. The data validation application is a success in East China demonstration project of SGDSS.
