摘要

智能变电站中变电站配置描述（SCD）模型与电网通用模型描述规范CIM/E共享是智能电网发展的重要支撑。对比分析了SCD模型与CIM/E模型的主要差异，研究了SCD模型到CIM/E模型的映射关系，提出了遵循映射关系的模型转换方案，并在工程中得到应用验证，取得了良好的效果。该方案能够实现模型共享，完全兼容现有系统，具有良好的应用价值。

Abstract

Model sharing between substation configuration description（SCD） and control center CIM/E is an important support for smart grid development. The main differences between SCD and CIM/E are compared and analyzed. The model mapping relationship from SCD to CIM/E is also analyzed and the model conversion scheme in accordance with mapping relationship is presented， which has been applied in a practical smart substation and obtained good results. The scheme can implement model sharing， fully compatible with existing system and makes it possible to avoid repeatedly modeling in control center.
