摘要

目前各商业电力系统仿真软件的数据格式差异较大，不同格式数据的转换是一个普遍存在而又有待解决的问题。通过完善并扩展开放数据模型（ODM）实现对PSD-BPA软件的暂态模型描述，并开发了PSD-BPA/ODM适配器程序，实现了这2个数据格式的相互转换，同时，利用该适配器实现BPA-ODM-InterPSS的数据转换，最后，通过IEEE 9节点及某实际系统的转换测试验证了所开发的适配器正确，也说明了基于ODM进行数据转换的可行性和方便性。所开发的程序在ODM项目下公开，对于其他数据格式和ODM的适配器的开发具有借鉴意义。

Abstract

Nowadays， the problem arising from power system simulation data exchange between different propriety formats is very common but not properly solved， owing to the great difference between their formats. A PSD-BPA/ODM adapter is developed to exchange data between the two， after successfully building the BPA dynamic models in an open data model（ODM） through model extension. The proposed adapter also helps to realize BPA-ODM-InterPSS data conversion. Finally， the tests with an IEEE 9-bus system and a real system testify the correctness of the adapter. The whole process demonstrates that it is feasible and easy to use ODM for data exchange. The adapter is publicly available under the ODM project， and can serve as an example to help develop adapters for other formats.
