With the development of smart grid， the problem needed to be solved for country grid is how to integrate the information at the utmost on the premise of preview and feasibility. By analyzing the present status of country grid information construction， this paper proposes marketing-distribution-dispatch optimized management model. The model forms a dispatch-control automatic system in security I quarter. Then it realizes the information sharing of different quarters and departments by standardization information exchange bus（IEB）. Applications are integrated based on IEB.
