摘要

2011年国际供电会议（CIRED 2011）运行、控制与保护分组安排的活动有:IEC 61850在配电网中的应用专题讲座、162篇论文的宣读和张贴交流以及圆桌讨论会。会议关注的热点问题包括分布式电源并网保护控制与运行管理、IEC 61850的应用、配电自动化、故障定位、小电流接地故障补偿与选线定位以及状态监测技术等。

Abstract

The activities organized by Operation， Control and Protection Session（Session 3） of CIRED 2011 are: a technical seminar on IEC 61850， oral and poster presentation of 162 papers and a round table discussion. The main focuses reflected from the papers presented are: issues related to distributed generation， IEC 61850， DA/DMS， fault location， neutral grounding and condition monitoring.
