摘要

摘要：结合国内外知名企业在家庭能量管理系统(Home Energy Management System

HEMS)、楼宇能量管理系统(Building Energy Management System

BEMS)和企业能量管理系统(Enterprise Energy Management System

E2MS)方面的实践提出了用户侧能量管理体统(user-energy management system

U-EMS)的概念。本文首先研究了U-EMS的主要功能，接着给出了三类U-EMS的具体网架结构，然后介绍了U-EMS的最新进展，最后，阐述了U-EMS在近期实践发展以及长期发展中需要解决的问题。

Abstract

Abstract: Considering the practices of well-known enterprises at home and abroad in HEMS(Home Energy Management System)

BEMS(Building Energy Management System) and E2MS(Enterprise Energy Management System)

the concept of U-EMS(User-Energy Management System) is designed in this paper. Firstly

the key feature of U-EMS is studied; secondly

specific grid structure of three kinds of U-EMSs is given; thirdly

the latest development of U-EMS is introduced; at last

problems need to be solved is expounded in recent practice development and long-term development.
