Based on the script language of intelligent sequential operation， the solution scheme of smart substation sequential operation is proposed. The issues of intelligent recognition and mal-operation prevention when the bus is replaced or stopped are discussed. It introduces online check method of five-prevention system and solves errors prevention for sequential operation in smart substation. It also implements duality method of redundancy check for substation operation. The engineering application shows that the intelligent sequential operation scheme could improve the level of intelligent performance and reduce the risk of sequential mal-operation.
