In view of the scattered construction in the power supply business hall management systems and the lack of connection between systems and facilities， an advanced interactive power supply business hall management system is proposed and designed. The management system based on centralized architecture is supported by the comprehensive data collection technology and business hall intelligent management technology by key performance indicator analyses. Many functions of the system are achieved， for instance， operation data acquisition and alarm， equipment operation management， quality of service statistical analysis， emergency management and intelligent decision， etc. Finally， a typical engineering application case is introduced.
